    He was used on another forum as an example of an 18 year-old assistant coach to defend the hiring of another 18 year-old coach this past year. I think you need more of an age difference (maturity) between coach and player to be able to give a head coach an honest estimate of player's worth without being bias because you might be closer to one or the other. Just to young and to close in age in my opinion.

    he's not 18 either. He was 19 early in his senior year.
